Skill Level Days

For those wanting to plan their skill level days I have just updated the City of Leeds Calendar with the dates for 2011 for all skill levels across England and Scotland.

City of Leeds 2011 Calendar

Remember, if you fail a skill level, there must be a 30 day gap before trying again, unless you failed on a re-take.

Please bear this in mind regarding competition eligibility.

Club Handbook and By-laws

I got asked today by quite a few existing members about obtaining a new copy of the Club Handbook and by-laws.

These are available on the website on the Club Information page.

All swimmers and parent must familiarise themselves with the by-laws, which have recently been amended, so please take time to read through them.

Course Funding

For the attention of those seeking to take a course this year, the North East region supports SWIM21 clubs, and as City of Leeds are SWIM21 affiliated you will get 50% of the course cost back with a grant aid form:

Please bear this in mind for all of you that want to do the UKCC Levels 1 (min age 16) and 2 (min age 17) over the coming years as we need to get as many qualified on the synchro courses as possible.

The form is also available on the Club Information Web Page, along with the other resources.
