All results so far official

So far the clubs tally for the weekend is

0 GOLD
1 SILVER
1 BRONZE

Which mirrors exactly our haul last year, with improved scores all round. This represent a medal in 2 of the 4 competitions, so again a good showing. With the 4th event to come, and the team lying in 4th place 2 points off a medal it is going to be a lot to ask to get a Bronze, but who knows, this team never fails to surprise us.

it's Megan and Sian's last performance, so we are expecting a good show from them and their teammates as a send off.

Megan is placed 3rd in the all-time medal takers for the City of Leeds with,

5 GOLD
4 SILVER
5 BRONZE

Whle Sian is in 5th place with

3 GOLD
2 SILVER
2 BRONZE

To win any medal at this level is impressive, but to have won 21 between them tells it's own story of how well they have done, and the calibre of their performances.

Lets see if they can add another 2 BRONZE medals to their personal tally.

Technical Solo

Competition is still ongoing but good swims so far for Rosie, Alice and Rachel,

Feedback from the commentators were,

Rosie Swam perhaps the most laps of all. She did a full length before even beginning figure one, giving her the opportunity to demonstrate some choreography before the technical elements. Spin downs performed well, with good height in the water. Travelled well round the pool always with good height.

Alice showed interesting choreography from the start and comments were made about the deck work as well. As ever her flexibility was pointed out, and between elements she showed some excellent and interesting moves. Clearly she had been working on her choreography which showed throughout.

Rachel showed great height above the line throughout. She finished off her spin down really well, and demonstrated some complex figures. She chose the music well, picking up individual beats with her moves. She also showed some difficult choreography,
